Deidre has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education working in areas of marketing, recruitment, student life and career services. Deidre’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Public Administration was received from The University of Texas at Dallas. Her MBA in Strategic Leadership was completed at Amber University.

Sherri has worked in the Career Services Office for over 12 years. She also has 7 ½ years of Human Resources experience.  She is a graduate of UNT and TWU, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Education from UNT and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Development from TWU. 

"Searching for a full time job is a full time job.  Therefore, planning an effective job search is crucial.  Students should begin the job search process early, utilizing Career Services for assistance with this process."

Elizabeth has a background in Human Resources Administration,  with over five years of experience in the private and public sector.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

"It’s not enough to have just a degree anymore; students must develop transferable skills that will make them more marketable upon graduation. Employers are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others.  Working while in school, for even a few hours a week, can help students develop these valuable skills.”

Rachael is originally from Louisiana, but has lived in Texas for over 15 years.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University.  She brings with her a background in Human Resources along with a passion for serving students and alumni.  In her free time, Rachael enjoys being an active member of her sorority’s alumnae chapter, traveling, and spending time with friends & family.
