Deidre has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education working in areas of marketing, recruitment, student life and career services. Deidre’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Public Administration was received from The University of Texas at Dallas. Her MBA in Strategic Leadership was completed at Amber University.

Sherri has worked in the Career Services Office over 10 years beginning as a Counseling Intern.  She currently holds the position of Assistant Director and prior to becoming the Assistant Director, she was the Career Counselor for the office.  Sherri is a graduate of TWU, obtaining her Master’s of Counseling and Development in May of 1997.

Elizabeth has a background in Human Resources Administration,  with over five years of experience in the private and public sector.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Stephen F. Austin State University. 

"It’s not enough to have just a degree anymore; students must develop transferable skills that will make them more marketable upon graduation. Employers are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others.  Working while in school, for even a few hours a week, can help students develop these valuable skills.”
