Technology Service Desk

  1. Your first point of contact for Blackboard issues is the TWU Technology Service Desk which provides assistance to faculty, students and staff. You can contact the TWU Technology Service Desk by phone at 940-898-3971, or email at You can also use the 'Service Desk Chat' to communicate directly with an agent or submit a service desk ticket.
  2. Unresolved Blackboard issues will be forwarded to a member of the Teaching and Learning with Technology team via the ticketing system. You will be able to track the progress of your issue via the ticketing system.
