Biomechanics Data Smoothing
|
| A workshop on biomechanics data smoothing was held in conjunction
with the XVII International Symposium on Biomechanics in Sports, 1999. The workshop
was a cooperative venture of both the ISBS and the ISB. It was organized by
G. Wood and B. Gibson. The lecturers Herbert Hatze, Giannis Giakas, and James
Dowling are amongst the foremost experts in this field and have all made original
publications on the subject in recent years. The software written by Dr.
Giakas can now be downloaded directly from his home page:
http://ggiakas.users.uth.gr.
Instructions: Follow the
link and select <Software> in the index, click to <GGPSA - Automatic Filtering>
and download the zipped file ggpsa.exe (3178 KB). Then follow the installation
and operating instructions provided in \program files\Ggpsa\read.me.
