Becoming a member of ISBS entitles you to the following advantages and benefits:

Eligibility

Membership in ISBS shall be open to any and all persons regardless of geographic origin, who demonstrate a desire to study sport from a biomechanical viewpoint. These persons must be workers in biomechanics and/or sports (coaches, trainers, teachers) or they must demonstrate a strong interest in the area of biomechanics in sports.

Annual Fees

Professional Membership is €52 per year. Student Membership is €42 per year. This includes the subscription to the Journal 'Sport Biomechanics'. Payment can be made by credit card via internet.

How To...

1. Click onto the Join ISBS button above.
2. Fill out the form and hit the Send to ISBS button.
3. You get a “Thank You For Filling Out This Form” message. This is a confirmation that we received your data.
4. You will receive a welcome email with your data and the internet address to you personal secure ISBS homepage. Please allow us up to three weeks to send this email! To keep the administrative expenses low we collect several forms before we send out the reply. 
5. Log onto your secure ISBS page, make changes and payments.

How to Pay My ISBS Membership Fee

1. Log onto your personal secure ISBS internet page. The address is of the form https://www.uni-konstanz.de/FuF/SportWiss/ISBS/Member/IDName-code.htm. You received this address via email. If you can’t find the mail see below.
2. Click onto the radio button indicating the year for which you like to pay your fee. Make sure to choose “Full Member” or “Students” correctly.
3. Fill in the Sum to be deducted.
4. Indicate your credit card company (Visa, Master or Diners).
5. Write your card number. Be reminded this is a secure page!
6. Give the Expiration date.
7. Fill in the Card holder name, which is usually your name.
8. Hit the Send to the ISBS deduction team button.
9. The deduction as well as the update of your ISBS page is done within three weeks. You will not receive a confirmation by email. Your credit card company shows the deduction on their bill and your ISBS internet page indicates your payment.

2. Make your changes.
3. Check the box below the line Membership status.
4. Hit the Send to the ISBS deduction team button.
