Undergraduate Research Opportunities

The course BIOL 4983 allows for research under the guidance of a professor and one to three hours of course credit:

This experience may aid the advanced biology student in gaining insight into research ability. It may also help students gain practical experience which serves as an important asset in obtaining a professional appointment.

Before registering for the course, you must have a written agreement from the research professor, who will provide the section number and course code. Research interests of individual departmental faculty can be viewed by accessing the Faculty & Staff page
