2004: McCutcheon was named to the North Division All-Conference honorable mention team as a junior ... missed the end of the season with an ankle injury ... notched nine double-digit kill matches while hitting over .300 in six of those ... averaged over two kills a game and almost one block per game ... led the team in total blocks with 77 ... had career-best 20 kills and hit .545 in win over Howard Payne ... had seven block assists in five-game loss to West Texas A&M.

PRIOR TO TWU: Played basketball for two years (2001-02) and volleyball (2002) for one year at Grayson County College...was co-captain for basketball and volleyball squads (2002) ... named to the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference All-Conference volleyball first team (2002) ... voted Most Valuable Player of volleyball team in 2002 ... earned Associate of Science Degree (2003).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner in volleyball, track and tennis ... lettered three years in basketball ... played club volleyball for the Texas Attack (1999) ... honors include all-district (1998-01), hitter of the district (2000-01) and team MVP (2000-01) ... also received numerous honors in basketball, tennis and track as a prepster ... member of Who’s Who in Sports All-Stars ... student council president her senior year (2001) ... high school volleyball coach was Cindy Williams.

PERSONAL: Lindsey Kay was born on Dec. 28, 1982 and is the daughter of Scott and Kathy McCutcheon ... a kinesiology major ... hobbies include riding and showing horses ... a dual-sport athlete who plays basketball for the Pioneers as well.
