2005: Hawkins earned Lone Star Conference all-conference second team honors … the junior led the Pioneers in kills, attacks, service aces, digs and points … registered 22 double-double (kills and digs) matches … had 28 double-digit kill outings with a season-high 19 against Tarleton State … recorded 26 double-figure dig matches including 36 in a four-game win over Southeastern Oklahoma State … a Lone Star Conference all-academic team selection … tabbed for the ESPN the Magazine academic all-district VI second team.
2004: Named to the LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll ... named North Division Offensive Player of the Week (Oct. 11-18) ... played 111 games averaging 2.30 kills and 1.08 digs per game ... notched a double-double with a career-high 22 kills to go with 13 digs in win over Howard Payne ... tallied 13 kills and career-best 14 digs in victory at Central Oklahoma.
2003: Registered a career-high 16 kills in the Pioneers’ 3-1 victory against Southeastern Oklahoma during the Jo Kuhn Labor Day Tournament … also had a big match at Fort Lewis on Sept. 5 with 14 kills, 13 digs and three blocks … played in 65 games during her freshman campaign.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in volleyball, soccer and track at Flower Mound High School ... earned Honorable Mention All-District 6-5A honors as a junior and senior ... voted Outstanding Hitter as a freshman for the Jaguars...named team captain as a senior and won the Lady Jaguar Award in 2002 ... won the Flower Mound soccer defense award in 2000 ... set a new school record in the shot put in 2002 and won the track thrower’s Award ... graduated in the top 10 percent of her class ... member of the National Honor Society and the Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society ... played club volleyball for the Dallas Conquerors and Dallas Skyline Juniors ...high school volleyball coach was Lisa Paulson.
PERSONAL: Robin Michelle is the daughter of David and Patti Hawkins ... born on Feb. 11, 1985 ... enjoys listening to music and playing sports in her spare time ... a marketing major.
