2004:
Missed a little over a month of the season when she had to
have an emergency appendectomy in late February, right after
a 3-for-4 performance against Mars Hill with a double and
two RBIs...ranked fifth on the team with a .322 batting average...three-for-three
in stolen base attempts, showing her surgery did not slow
her down with a steal against LSC foe Abilene Christian...also
had a 2-for-3 performance at the plate against Midwestern
State during the Lone Star Conference Tournament.
2003: Knocked in the first run of the Pioneers’ 4-2 victory
over Central Oklahoma in the Lone Star Conference Tournament...she
ranked seventh on the team with a .299 batting average in 49
games and 40 starts...earned a perfect 6-of-6 stolen base attempts.
2002: Played in 40 games for the Pioneers as a freshman, starting
in eight at second base…recorded a batting average of
.200 with five hits in 25 at-bats and 15 runs scored…also
had two doubles and two RBIs…three of six in stolen bases…turned
in .900 fielding percentage with 15 putouts and 12 assists
on three errors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in basketball, track and softball at
Krum High School… named Newcomer of the Year as freshman
in District 7-2A…followed great freshman year by being
named all-district and all-area as a sophomore…member
of the Class 2A all-state team as a junior.
PERSONAL: A kinesiology major...a statistician for the TWU
volleyball, gymnastic and basketball teams.
