Head Athletic Trainer
Kris Ring

Kris Ring serves as the Head Athletic Trainer at Texas Woman's University. She oversees the prevention, care and rehabilitation of athletic injury for TWU’s five varsity sports. A 1994 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Ring completed her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Kinesiology. She then attended the University of Arkansas and completed a Master of Science in Biomechanics in 1996.

Ring has extensive experience working with women’s athletes on the collegiate and professional levels. She also teaches at Texas Woman’s University in the Kinesiology department. Ring is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Texas.
