MacNABB RECIEVES CoSIDA ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA HONORS
Enjoys Success in Gym and Classroom

DENTON, Texas – Texas Woman’s University gymnast Erin MacNabb (Glenwood, MD) was tabbed to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America College Division At-Large Third Team.

MacNabb earned her second consecutive All-District honor from CoSIDA this year and became the third TWU gymnast recognized on the national level. A junior kinesiology major, MacNabb has a 3.95 grade point and was selected the Kitty Magee Honor Student in 2002-03. The school record holder on the uneven bars with a 9.925, she qualified for the NCAA Regionals in 2004 and earned USAG All-America honors on bars for the second time.

MacNabb and teammate Jennifer Bolli (Rockwall, TX) both earned First Team All-District VI honors from CoSIDA and a total 14 members of the Texas Woman’s gymnastics team earned Midwest Independent Conference All-Academic laurels.

Student-athletes who participate in crew, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, swimming & diving, tennis and water polo are selected to the Spring At-Large Team. Nominees must be a starter or key reserve and have completed at least one full academic year at the nominating institution.
