TWU from Grayson County College where she lettered two

team for the Lady Vikings.
Lindsey
is a player that I tried to sign out of high school, so I
am very excited to have her join the Pioneer basketball team.
She is a great athlete who will add a lot of versatility
to our lineup, head coach Devin
Gabbard said. Lindsey can play any position on
the floor because of her quickness and size.
McCutcheon
played in 59 games in her two seasons with Grayson. She averaged
4.86 points, 2.17 assists and 3.73 steals per game and was
voted co-captain her sophomore year. McCutcheon also spent
the 2002 season on the volleyball squad, earning North Texas
Junior College Athletic All-Conference honors and named the
team's Most Valuable Player. She received her Arts and Science
Degree in May of 2003.
A
2001 graduate of Whitesboro High School, she lettered in
basketball, volleyball, track and tennis. She was tabbed
District 10-3A Newcomer-of-the-Year in basketball as a sophomore
and Offensive Player-of-the-Year as a junior while also being
named team MVP for the Bearcats. As a senior, McCutcheon
earned District 9-3A MVP honors along with being named Texomaland
MVP. A four-year player in volleyball, she earned First Team
All-District honors as a sophomore, Hitter-of-the-Year honors
as a junior and named Texas Girls Coaches Association Division
I All-Star along with District MVP honors as a senior.
McCutcheon
was also an outstanding track athlete as well, winning the
long jump and 200-meter dash as a freshman in District 10-3A.
She qualified for the state meet in the 200 meters as a sophomore
and junior and the high jump as a senior. McCutcheon was
a four-year Academic All-District selection and won numerous
awards in high school, including the Theatre Arts Award,
English III Award and Science Award. She was a Who's Who
Sports All-Star for four years, Student Council President
and Class Vice President.
