HIGH SCHOOL : A four-year letterwinner (2002-05) on the varsity volleyball team for Windthorst (Texas) High School...helped the Trojans to three UIL Class A State Championships (2002, 2004, 2005)...in her junior season, 2004, she was the UIL Class A State Most Valuable Player and received honorable mention as overall Player of the Year in the State of Texas...also chosen for the 2005 UIL Class A All-State first team...played volleyball for the Red River and TVC Volleyball clubs...in addition to volleyball, she also played three years of basketball, softball, and track in high school...a membr of the National Honor Society for the entirety of her high school career...selected to the 2005 UIL Class A Academic All-State team...recognized numerous times by the Who’s Who of American High School Students program...was the salutatorian of her high graduating class in May 2006.
PERSONAL: Danielle Allece was born on March 29, 1988 and is the daughter of Charles and Mitzi Veitenheimer...younger sister Sydney is also a member of the TWU volleyball team...will major in Speech Pathology...hobbies include sports, shopping, fishing, and hunting.
