RECEPTION SCHEDULED FOR TWU GYMNASTICS TEAM ON TUESDAY, MAY 6
 DENTON, Texas (May 1) – The Texas Woman’s University gymnastics team, winners of the 2008 USA Gymnastics Women’s Collegiate National Championship, will be honored at a reception hosted by the TWU Athletics department on Tuesday, May 6, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the Hubbard Hall banquet room on the TWU campus.
Dr. Ann Stuart, TWU Chancellor and President, and Perry McNeill, the Mayor of the City of Denton, are expected to be among the dignitaries present to congratulate the Pioneers on their unprecedented ninth USAG National title.
All fans, friends, and supporters of TWU gymnastics are also invited to attend this event.
“Our Pioneer gymnastics team had another amazing season,” said Chalese Connors, Director of Athletics for TWU. “This reception will give the TWU community, as well as everybody in the greater Denton area, an opportunity to show their appreciation to Coach Frank Kudlac and his gymnasts for another championship-winning performance.”
