Pioneer Post – December 17, 2007
 Hello Pioneer Gymnastics Fans!
With the Intrasquad and Christmas party behind us, we came to our last official practice of Fall ’07 on Sunday. It’s amazing how quickly this semester went by, and it seems to go faster every year. We were able to watch our routines at Coach’s house which allowed us to start fixing mistakes immediately. I was very impressed by how the team really pushed on Sunday, even though we were tired.
This week began Finals week. Everyone has really been studying and testing hard, and we have had open gyms all week as a little stress reducer. Although everyone is welcoming the coming break, it will be sad to leave our little family! We have become so close as a team this semester, and I can’t wait to see what happens when we get back.
We will have a nice break to rest our minds and our bodies, and then we will be back on December 28 th for a few practices and then ready to leave for Cancun, Mexico on January 3rd for our first meet of 2008! Don’t forget to see your Pioneers in action on January 19th against the University of Oklahoma at 7:00 PM at home in Magee Arena!
