2006-07: Was a versatile contributor for the Pioneers’ during her first season at TWU…saw action in 24 games, starting nine…averaged 6.0 points per game and 2.2 rebounds per game…totaled 26 steals, the second-most on the TWU roster…also dished out 31 assists…made 16 out of her 53 three-point field goal attempts…scored in double figures in five games, including a season-high 20 points on December 16, 2006, at Texas A&M-Kingsville.
PRIOR TO TWU: Played for two seasons (2004-06) at Kilgore (TX) Junior College…put up 8.5 points a game and totaled 66 rebounds, 59 assists, and 24 steals during her stint as a Lady Ranger.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Lake Highlands (TX) High School in 2004…was a three-year letterwinner for the Wildcats…as a senior in 2004, she was her team MVP, and selected to the All-District 9-5A first team…as a junior, she helped her team to the 9-5A District Championship…for her sophomore season, in 2001-02, she was named the Wildcats’ Newcomer of the Year and second team All-District 9-5A.
PERSONAL: Born November 11, 1985…the daughter of Greg and Kay Thompson…majoring in kinesiology…hobbies include listening to music, watching movies, and dancing.
