HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Cypress Creek High School in Cypress, Texas, in 2003…a three-year letterwinner for the Lady Cougars (2000-03)…averaged 17.4 points per game and 8.2 rebounds per game over the course of her high school career…was the Lady Cougars’ team MVP for her senior season of 2002-03…a member of the 2002-03 District 16-5A first team…she also played in the 2003 Greater Houston All-Star Game…earned all-tournament recognition at the 2002 Tomball High School tourney and the 2002 Bruce Allen Tournament.
PERSONAL: Born on March 26, 1985…the daughter of Donald and Rebecca Day…a music therapy major…active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes…hobbies include taking pictures, scrapbooking, watching movies, and hanging out with family and friends.
