TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE TWU ATHLETICS AWARDS BANQUET

DENTON , Texas – Tickets are now available for Texas Woman’s University annual Athletics awards banquet on Sunday, April 30, at 1:00 p.m. in Pioneer Hall.

The tickets are $15.00 each and include a buffet style meal with steak or chicken provided by Outback Steakhouse. All tickets must be purchased in advance at the TWU Athletics offices located in Pioneer Hall Room 220B Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1 to 5 p.m. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.

TWU will recognize its five varsity sports at the banquet. Individuals and teams will be honored for their athletic and academic accomplishments in basketball, gymnastics, soccer, softball, volleyball and athletic training. Special awards include the Jo Kuhn Award, for leadership, Kitty Magee Award, for dedication, and the President’s Award presented by Dr. Ann Stuart, Chancellor and President.
