THREE PIONEERS RECEIVE ALL-ACADEMIC HONORS

Texas – Kelley Humphries, Lindsey McCutcheon
and Megan McCrummen of the Texas Woman’s University basketball
team were named to the Lone Star Conference South Division
Commissioner’s Honor Roll announced by the league office
today.
To be eligible for LSC academic honors, student-athletes must carry at least
a 3.20 grade point average with a minimum of 24 semester hours completed at
the nominating institution.
Humphries was also named to the 2005 ESPN Academic All-District VI College
Division Women’s Basketball Team this season for her academic efforts.
While maintaining a perfect 4.0 grade point average, she started all but two
games for the Pioneers and averaged 3.4 points and 3.6 rebounds a game.
McCutcheon played in 17 games for TWU. She scored 3.1 points and grabbed 2.8
rebounds a contest.
McCrummen played in all 26 games for the Pioneers. She led TWU with a season-high
13 points against Southwestern Oklahoma State.
