MATH 5973 Professional Paper (required) 

This is a 36 hour degree which includes 3 hours for the professional paper. 
To accommodate current mathematics teachers, classes will be offered in the 
evenings during the fall and spring semesters.  Substitutions may be made 
with permission from a mathematics advisor. Candidates may obtain this 
degree by attending only in the summers. 

PREREQUISITES: 

Bachelor's degree with a grade of C or better in the following courses: 
  • two semesters of introductory calculus
  • additional advanced mathematics course
