Untied States District Court, Northern District of Texas

The internship combines 8 hours per week of educational and work experience in the District Clerk's Office.

• Meeting with representatives of the Federal Public Defender's Office, U.S. Attorney's Office, and Probation and Pretrial Services.
  
• Attending arraignment and sentencing hearings
  
• Observing Court proceedings including jury selection, trial, and sentencing
  
• Attending a Naturalization ceremony.
  
• Touring the court facilities, including holding cells and courtrooms.
