TWU Alumnae Association: History and Government Chapter

The History and Government Alumnae chapter provides a vital and ongoing link between our members and the University. Our goal is to provide support to current students and network links to alumnae. To connect undergraduates and graduates with the University and its alumnae, the History and Government Alumnae Chapter hosts educational and social events (such as the Alumnae reception) and administers the Mentor Program. Career exploration is the primary purpose of the Intern/Extern Program, which links undergraduates with sponsoring alumnae in a variety of occupations and locations. We are currently working to create an on-line database of members who are interested in sharing information about professional and other interests. We will collaborate with the Career Services Department to develop programs which are helpful to alumnae in different phases of their professional lives.
