Have you actually obtained your green card?
Those who have a green card are required to submit a copy of the front and back of their Permanent Resident card in addition to other required application materials.
Permanent Residents also need to provide the TOEFL score or qualify for a TOEFL exemption. Please see TOEFL Requirements and Exemptions for more information.
Have you applied for Permanent Residency?
If you have applied for Permanent Residency, but have not received your green card, you will be processed as an international applicant in the Office of International Eduation. You will need to complete the international application and pay the $75 international application fee. However, you may still be eligible for in-state tuition.
