International Baccalaureate (IB)

Texas Woman's University recognizes the strength of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and has approved the granting of course credit for a 4 or higher on the Standard and Higher Level (HL) exams.

Any entering freshman who holds an IB diploma with a score of 4 or higher on all subject exams will be granted a minimum of 24 college credit hours.

Students from high schools that offer IB courses, but not the diploma may receive credit. The exam level and scores detailed below will determine the amount of course credit awarded.
