We welcome your group to visit Texas Woman’s University during Summer 2009.

Our summer group campus visits are available to groups of 10-50 students. If your group is fewer than 10, please set up an individual campus visit.

The visits consist of:

  • Thirty-minute admissions presentation
  • One-hour campus tour, including residence hall show room
  • Boxed lunch (optional) - $5.50 per person

Group visits will be scheduled Monday-Friday at 10:30 a.m. Total visit time is 1 hour, 30 minutes without lunch, and 2 hours, 30 minutes with lunch.

KEEP IN MIND:

  • Visiting groups must be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors. We recommend one chaperone to every 10 students.
  • Responsibility for each group rests with designated adults, not TWU.
  • Visiting students must conduct themselves respectfully while on campus. Disruptive behavior is not permitted. TWU admissions staff and tour guides reserve the right to terminate a campus visit should disruptive behavior occur.
  • Group members may not use any electronic devices during their visit (i.e., cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, Gameboys, etc.).
  • For your comfort, groups should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes for tours.
  • Students dining in our facilities must consume all food on the premises. No food may leave the dining facilities.
  • If you need to cancel your visit, or are running late, please notify the Group Visit Coordinator at 940-898-3014 immediately.
