We can accomodate group visits which are in size of 10-100 students. If your group is larger, please submit your request and we will review each request individually.
TWU group visits consist of:
- Thirty-minute admissions presentation
- One-hour campus tour, including residence hall show room
Group visits will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Should your group require lunch, payment method must be indicated up front.
- Cafeteria or boxed lunch (optional) - $6.00 per person.
- Tax will be added if students are paying individually.
To request a group tour of Texas Woman’s University, please complete and submit the form below. We ask four weeks notice for scheduling large groups. Please wait to schedule your group with your school until we confirm your visit. The online form does not guarantee we can accomodate your visit. If you cannot meet the four week minimum advance scheduling, please call the Admissions Project Coordinator, Cayla Bartolucci at 940-898-3014 and we will see what can do for your group. Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.
