Group Campus Visits - TWU Admissions - Texas Woman's University

We welcome group visits to Texas Woman’s University.

We can accomodate group visits which are in size of 10-100 students. If your group is larger, please submit your request and we will review each request individually.

TWU group visits consist of:

Thirty-minute admissions presentation
One-hour campus tour, including residence hall show room

Group visits will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Should your group require lunch, payment method must be indicated up front.

Cafeteria or boxed lunch (optional) - $6.00 per person.
Tax will be added if students are paying individually.

To request a group tour of Texas Woman’s University, please complete and submit the form below. We ask four weeks notice for scheduling large groups. Please wait to schedule your group with your school until we confirm your visit. The online form does not guarantee we can accomodate your visit. If you cannot meet the four week minimum advance scheduling, please call the Admissions Project Coordinator, Cayla Bartolucci at 940-898-3014 and we will see what can do for your group. Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us.

This form does not guarantee your visit. Please wait for an email confirmation from the Project Coordinator.
Visiting groups must be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors. We recommend one chaperone to every 10 students.
Responsibility for each group rests with designated adults, not TWU.
Visiting students must conduct themselves respectfully while on campus. Disruptive behavior is not permitted. TWU admissions staff and tour guides reserve the right to terminate a campus visit should disruptive behavior occur.
Group members may not use any electronic devices during their visit (i.e., cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, Gameboys, etc.).
For your comfort, groups should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes for tours.
Students dining in our facilities must consume food on the premises. No food may leave the dining facilities.
If your group is requesting lunch, payment method must be confirmed on this group request form.
If you need to cancel your visit, or are running late, please notify the Group Visit Coordinator at 940-898-3014 immediately.
