Group Visit Request

Thank your for your interest in visiting Texas Woman's University. We offer visits to campus Monday thru Friday geared toward groups interested in learning more about the university. We are looking forward to sharing the TWU experience with you. Please complete the following form at least two weeks prior to your preferred visit date to ensure that every effort is made to meet your group's specific needs during your visit.

*Note: Due to university closings and other scheduled university events, TWU may not be able to accommodate your visit on the day you request. Please provide two alternative dates in case a conflict arises.

Keep in Mind:

  • Visiting groups must be accompanied by adult chaperones/teachers/sponsors. We recommend one chaperone to every 10 students.
  • Responsibility for each group rests with designated adults, not TWU.
  • Visiting students must conduct themselves respectfully while on campus. Disruptive behavior is not permitted. TWU admissions staff and tour guides reserve the right to terminate a campus visit should disruptive behavior occur.
  • Group members may not use any electronic devices during their visit (i.e. cell phones, Ipods, MP3 players, etc.)
  • For your comfort, groups should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes for tours.
  • The group contact will notify the Admissions Office immediately should the group be running late for the visit, or if they should need to cancel the visit. The Admissions Office number is (940) 898-3188.
