Poster & Easel Pricing
Learning Technologies Support's Graphic Production provides Faculty and Staff with low cost, high quality instructional and presentation materials to enhance teaching and research.
NOTE: Payments are processed via IDT (Interdepartmental Transfers) only. Please provide the department account number for billing when you send your poster file.
We cannot accept payment from a "10" (state) account.
Accounts beginning with "19" (Grant Accounts) must be accompanied by this form and submitted to Jo Anne Hawthorne in Research and Sponsored Programs.
Signage is available in rolled poster or as an easel sign with a foamcore back.

How do I submit my poster?
Email your powerpoint or PDF to LTSgraphics@twu.edu with your department account number for billing.
How do I pay for my poster?
Posters are paid via IDT (Interdepartmental Transfers). Your department must agree to cover the cost of the printing and provide an account number to bill.
When do I need to submit my poster?
Please submit your poster within 1 week of desired pick up date. Turnaround times may be subject to the availability of staff and resources.
(The Student Creative Arts & Research Symposium poster deadline is two weeks before the Symposium event.)
Specific fees and turn-around time vary for individual projects depending upon materials and complexity. Copyright law and guidelines will be observed.
What about Symposium?
An account number will not be required for Symposium prints. If you have been accepted to present at the Student Creative Arts & Research Symposium, please be sure to note that in your email. (See information about Symposium Poster Presentations.) The print-ready poster file should be submitted to LTSGraphics@twu.edu.
