Get Startedlog in

Log in requires a TWU portal username and password. When prompted, the username will be your domain (pioneer\ or fs\) and your portal username. Students will use pioneer\username.

Adding a Module to Blackboard

The module will add an item to your course menu called “Online Tutorials” – when clicked the content area provides a link for students to create their account and links to commonly used topics. You are encouraged to modify these links and content areas to reflect your course’s needs.

Do not unzip, open or extract the contents of the file. You will upload the entire zip file into Blackboard.


Step 1 – Import Package/ View Logs

On the Control Panel, select "Packages and Utilities".  

Select "Import Package / View Logs".


Step 2 – Import Package

Click "Import Package"



Step 3 – Browse

In section 2, Select a Package, click "Browse" to locate the file



Step 4 – Content Areas

In section 3, Select Course Materials, select "Content Areas" only


Step 5 – Edit Mode

Click "Submit".



NOTE: If the module does not appear in the course menu, click the "refresh" button. note
