When a department receives an accommodation request from either an employee or an applicant, the supervisor or hiring official should review TWU's Americans with Disabilities Act policy 3.14 and the ADA Guide for Employment.

Once the policy has been reviewed and the supervisor/hiring official has an understanding of what the employee/applicant is asking for as an accommodation, the supervisor/hiring official should contact the Office of Human Resources at (940) 898-3555.

For non-employment accommodation requests, please refer to TWU's Equal Access for People with Disabilities Policy 3.18.
