Undergraduate Research Opportunities

The courses BIOL 4981 and/or 4983, Undergraduate Research, allow for research under the guidance of a professor and up to three hours of course credit. This experience may aid the advanced biology student in gaining insight into her research ability. It may also help students gain practical experience which may eventually be an important asset in obtaining a professional appointment. Before you sign up for the course, you must have a written agreement from the professor (a form is available in the Biology Office, GRB 230) you want to work with.
