TWU to offer assistance
with financial aid application in English and Spanish

— Families can get help in understanding the financial
aid process when Texas Woman’s University hosts the
Texas Guaranteed 12th Annual FAFSA (Free Application for Federal
Student Aid) programs at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13.
The
English and Spanish programs, “The FAFSA Made Easy”
and “Los Pasos Sencillos de la FAFSA,” will take
place in room 207 of the TWU Student Union, located on the
southwest corner of Bell Avenue and Administration Drive.
Parking is available in the visitors lot, located north of
the Student Union. The programs are free and open to the public.

The
programs were produced to help families successfully complete
the on-line or paper FAFSA, and to answer questions regarding
the financial aid process.
The
programs will be presented by the TWU Office of Financial
Aid, with assistance from TWU’s Office of Intercultural
Services and the TWU Collegiate G-Force. The event is part
of the spring 2007 Financial Aid Awareness Month activities
for the Go Centers.
