The Office of Technology and Information Services is responsible for the implementation, integration and enhancing technology in support of the TWU educational environment. Technology is integrated through the use of state-of-the-art classroom equipment, network design and technical support. The university communication and computer systems are dependent on a highly trained and diverse staff of professionals supporting the goals and mission of this historic institution. The Vice President for Technology & Information Services and CIO oversees all IT Policies and Procedures, technology requirements, hardware and software implementations, Instructional Services and Technical Services for TWU's four campuses. These include the TWU Main Campus in Denton, TWU Parkland Medical Center in Dallas, Presbyterian Medical Center in Dallas, and the TWU Institute of Health Sciences at the Houston Medical Center.
